Rachel MartinezI went in today with a Groupon the receptionist was amazing!! She was great on the phone and when their lady that did facial quit she recommended an accomodations where else to go. Couple weeks later I checked in and she remembered who I was and gave me a card of the referral. I thought that was extremely thoughtful and really appreciated it. The cut was beyond amazing Madison did the cut she went over everything with me before and made sure I was able to get the cut I wanted. I've had some bad experiences with salons but this place grew a life time customer ❤️😊Madison was also able to get me some recommendations for my daughter that has mixed hair ! Jessica BartolomeoMy daughter & I had a great experience here! It started with the receptionist who answered the phone. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and gladly answered all my questions. Once we arrived, we were happily greeted by our stylist, Meg. She asked us what we were wanting to do and listened as we explained and showed her some photos. Neither one of us had been to a salon in over a year, so we were hoping for the best. Boy did Meg deliver! She helped me convince myself to chop at least 12" off my boring flat hair and gave me the most adorable, fun, bouncy haircut I've had in years! While she was cutting my daughter's hair, Emma stepped in and did my shampo. Best head massage ever! I got partial highlights and the blonde was the perfect shade to accentuate my strawberry blonde hair. My daughter's haircut turned out super cute as well! I feel and look so much better. My husband agrees and tells me multiple times a day how much he likes the new hairdo and my son said, "Mom, don't take this the wrong way, but your haircut makes you look much younger!"
